The STOP 0x0000007B error is INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE and this can occur during a Windows installation at the point when the installer tries to access the boot device (the hard drive you are trying to install Windows on to).
The usual cause of this problem is that you are installing onto a single hard drive but your BIOS is set to RAID or that you are installing onto a RAID array but your BIOS is not set up to use the RAID controller as the boot device.
The solution is to set the BIOS to RAID or Non-RAID / ATA as appropriate for the disk setup you are using.
